Roxanne Steel (Rox)
(They/She)

Meet our Founder and Director of Cultural Facilitation and Consultancy, Roxanne, a visionary leader, passionate advocate, and strategic innovator.

 

With over two decades of diverse professional experience spanning equity consultancy, finance, advocacy, writing, and speaking, Rox brings depth, clarity, and authenticity to every project.

Rox is fully DBS checked and professionally insured.

Rox's professional journey includes significant contributions to leading organisations across sectors such as healthcare, education, finance, government, and non-profits. Their influential collaborations include the NHS, Transport for London (TfL), Greenpeace, Young Women’s Trust, and the United Nations. Rox navigates complex organisational landscapes with strategic clarity, empathy, and insightful foresight. The launch of Parallax Perspectives follows Rox’s longstanding dream to create a consultancy driven by community, knowledge-sharing, and collective impact. After navigating experiences such as applying for BBC’s The Apprentice and facing redundancy, Rox embraced this pivotal moment to establish a consultancy focused on enabling real systemic inclusion, collaboration, and sustainable innovation.
