We approach all work through a values-led, access-first lens. We’ll confirm:

 

• Scope and goals of the work

• Timeline and key dates

• Access needs on both sides

• Fee structure and payment terms

 

Cancellations and changes

 

If you need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible.

 

Cancellations within 7 days may still incur a partial fee, depending on the prep time already committed.

 

We understand that things change and will always aim to be flexible and fair.

 

Communication and collaboration

 

We’ll agree a main point of contact and preferred communication methods. We respond during working hours and aim to create realistic timelines that support access and wellbeing.

 

Accessibility matters

 

We’ll provide materials in accessible formats and welcome your access needs too. Inclusion isn’t an add-on  it’s embedded from the start
