Parallax Perspectives was founded on a simple belief: inclusion is not separate from success.
Organisations achieve better outcomes when people, culture and strategy are designed to enable everyone to contribute, grow and succeed.
Founder Roxanne Steel (Rox) combines strategic consultancy with lived experience to help organisations move beyond good intentions and build sustainable, practical change.
While lived experience shapes their perspective, it is their expertise across consultancy, leadership, organisational culture, facilitation, accessibility and business strategy that drives the work.
Throughout their career, Rox has partnered with organisations across the public, private and third sectors, supporting leaders to strengthen culture, remove barriers and create environments where people and organisations can thrive together.

Parallax Perspectives was never intended to be another disability consultancy.
It was built as a strategic consultancy that helps organisations anticipate difference, strengthen culture and create lasting change through collaboration, practical solutions and honest conversations.
While Rox works across the breadth of Parallax Perspectives' services, there are several areas that sit particularly close to their heart. They are passionate about enabling leaders to lead with confidence, recognising that inclusion is not a soft skill but a fundamental leadership capability. They are equally committed to supporting emerging leaders, neurodivergent professionals and individuals navigating imposter phenomenon, helping people develop confidence, perspective and sustainable ways of working that reflect who they are rather than who they think they should be.
At the heart of the work is a simple belief:
people already hold value, expertise and potential.
The role of Parallax Perspectives is to help create the conditions where that potential can be recognised, enabled and sustained.
Rox personally leads the majority of commissioned work, allowing clients to benefit directly from their expertise and collaborative approach. As Parallax Perspectives continues to grow, so too does its trusted network of specialist associates, facilitators, creatives and accessibility professionals.
Where needed additional collaborators are carefully selected not only for their expertise, but because they share the values and standards that define the Parallax Perspectives approach.
This means clients always have access to the right expertise for their project while maintaining the quality, consistency and personal service that sits at the heart of the business.
The services showcased across this website reflect the core areas of expertise currently offered, but they are by no means exhaustive. If you're looking for something more bespoke or can't see exactly what you need, we'd always welcome a conversation.
